How to do it
- Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart, arms extended sideways at shoulder level.
- Engage the core and rotate your torso to the right, drawing the left arm across the body while keeping your hips stable.
- Reverse the motion, twisting to the left, and bring the right arm across the body for a full chest stretch.
- Continue alternating sides, focusing on controlled, smooth movements and maintaining steady breathing.
