The Twist Chest Out exercise is a dynamic bodyweight movement designed to enhance upper body flexibility and core strength. How to do it

  1. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart, arms extended sideways at shoulder level.
  2. Engage the core and rotate your torso to the right, drawing the left arm across the body while keeping your hips stable.
  3. Reverse the motion, twisting to the left, and bring the right arm across the body for a full chest stretch.
  4. Continue alternating sides, focusing on controlled, smooth movements and maintaining steady breathing.
