Heel Press is a stretching exercise aimed at enhancing flexibility and strength in the calf muscles. It involves pressing the heels against a solid surface to stretch the muscles, promoting better range of motion and reducing the risk of injury.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing a wall, placing your hands against it for support.
  2. Extend one leg behind you, keeping the heel on the ground.
  3. Press the heel down, feeling a stretch in the calf.
  4. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, maintaining a straight back.
  5. Switch legs and repeat the stretch.
