How to do it
- Position yourself under the bar of the Smith Machine.
- Secure the bar across your upper back, engaging the core.
- Lift one leg off the ground, balancing on the other.
- Raise the heel of the standing foot, keeping the leg straight.
- Lower the heel back to the floor, repeating the movement.
