How to do it
- Lie on your back with both legs extended.
- Loop a rope around the ball of one foot, holding the ends with both hands.
- Gently pull the rope to lift your leg while keeping it straight, stretching the calf.
- Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, maintaining steady breathing.
- Slowly lower the leg and switch sides.
