The handstand push-up is a challenging bodyweight exercise that strengthens the shoulders, triceps, and upper body while also improving balance and core stability. It requires holding an inverted position and lowering the head towards the ground in a controlled manner.
How to do it
- Begin in a handstand position against a wall for support.
- Engage your core and slowly bend your elbows to lower your head toward the ground.
- Press through your palms to push back up to the starting position.
