The Dumbbell Incline Raise targets the shoulder muscles, particularly focusing on the anterior part. This exercise helps in developing shoulder strength and stability while also enhancing the upper chest area.

How to do it

  1. Set the bench to an incline position.
  2. Sit back, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your side.
  3. Raise the dumbbells upward in a controlled motion, keeping your elbows slightly bent.
  4. Lower the dumbbells back to the start position slowly.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
