How to do it
- Set the bench to an incline position.
- Sit back, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your side.
- Raise the dumbbells upward in a controlled motion, keeping your elbows slightly bent.
- Lower the dumbbells back to the start position slowly.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
