The full squat is an exercise that enhances lower body strength and flexibility. It involves lowering the body until the hips are below the knees, activating key muscle groups and promoting joint health.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly pointed out.
  2. Engage your core and start lowering your body by bending the knees and hips.
  3. Descend until your hips are below your knees, keeping your chest upright.
  4. Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
