The Front Toe Touch exercise is a dynamic flexibility movement that improves hamstring flexibility and spinal mobility. It involves bending forward from a standing position to touch the toes and then extending back to a neutral position. This exercise is effective for warming up the lower body and enhancing posture.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms overhead.
  2. Engage your core and keep a slight bend in the knees.
  3. Bend at the hips, reaching down to touch your toes.
  4. Hold the stretch briefly, keeping the back flat.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position, extending your arms overhead.
