How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms overhead.
- Engage your core and keep a slight bend in the knees.
- Bend at the hips, reaching down to touch your toes.
- Hold the stretch briefly, keeping the back flat.
- Slowly return to the starting position, extending your arms overhead.
