Front and Back Neck Stretch

This exercise involves stretching the neck by gently pulling the head forwards and backwards, aiding in flexibility and tension release in the neck area.

How to do it

  1. Stand or sit upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Place your hands on your forehead with fingers interlaced.
  3. Gently press your head forward, tucking the chin towards the chest.
  4. Hold the position for a few seconds, feeling the stretch in the back of the neck.
  5. Slowly return to starting position and repeat as needed.
