How to do it
- Begin by lying face down on a bench, with your hips just off the edge and your legs hanging down.
- Place your arms on the bench for support, keeping the elbows bent.
- Bend your knees and bring your feet together, forming a frog-like position.
- Engage your core and glutes to lift your legs until they are parallel to the floor.
