The Frog Reverse Hyperextension on a bench targets the lower back and glutes. This exercise helps improve lower body strength, glute activation, and spinal stability. It involves lifting the legs while supporting the upper body on a bench.

How to do it

  1. Begin by lying face down on a bench, with your hips just off the edge and your legs hanging down.
  2. Place your arms on the bench for support, keeping the elbows bent.
  3. Bend your knees and bring your feet together, forming a frog-like position.
  4. Engage your core and glutes to lift your legs until they are parallel to the floor.
  5. Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position.
