How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand.
- Bend at the hips and knees, swinging the kettlebell back between your legs.
- Drive through the hips to swing the kettlebell forward and up to shoulder height.
- Control the descent and repeat, maintaining a strong core and neutral spine.
