How to do it
- Stand facing a wall with a foam roller placed between your forearms and the wall.
- Lean slightly forward, keeping your back straight, and press your forearms into the roller.
- Slowly slide your arms upward, keeping the roller between your forearms and the wall.
- Engage your serratus anterior by pressing the shoulder blades forward.
- Return to the starting position and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
