The EZ Bar Strict Curl is an isolation exercise focusing on the biceps. It is performed while standing against a wall to prevent the use of momentum and ensure strict form. This exercise helps in developing the size and strength of the biceps by limiting movement to elbow flexion.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your back against a wall, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the EZ Barbell with an underhand grip, arms fully extended.
  3. Keep your elbows at your sides and curl the barbell upward.
  4. Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
  5. Maintain contact with the wall throughout the exercise.
