The EZ Bar Close-Grip Curl primarily targets the biceps brachii, helping to increase upper arm strength and definition. This exercise is performed with a close grip on an EZ bar, which allows for a more natural wrist position, reducing strain and focusing on the biceps.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright holding an EZ barbell with a close grip, elbows tucked by your sides.
  2. Keep your back straight and chest up.
  3. Curl the bar upwards towards your shoulders by bending your elbows.
  4. Squeeze the biceps at the top of the curl.
  5. Lower the bar back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
