How to do it

  1. Sit on a bench with feet flat on the floor.
  2. Hold an EZ barbell with a close grip, resting elbows on the thighs.
  3. Curl the bar upward by contracting the biceps, keeping upper arms stationary.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the curl.
  5. Lower the bar slowly back to the starting position.
