This stretch targets the elbow flexors to improve flexibility and reduce tension. It's beneficial for releasing tightness in the arms after resistance training or prolonged activities involving arm usage.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright near a wall or door frame.
  2. Extend your arm straight behind you, placing your palm on the wall.
  3. Gently rotate your torso away from your extended arm until you feel a stretch in the elbow flexors.
  4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then switch arms.
  5. Repeat as needed, focusing on a gentle pull without pain.
