How to do it
- Stand upright with a dumbbell in each hand, arms at your sides.
- Step forward with one leg, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at 90-degree angles.
- Push through your front heel to rise back up to standing, bringing your rear foot forward to meet the other.
- Alternate legs as you continue to walk forward, maintaining a straight torso.
