The Dumbbell V-Up is an advanced core exercise that enhances abdominal strength and stability. It involves simultaneously lifting the legs and arms to form a 'V' shape, engaging the entire core for improved muscle endurance and balance.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back, holding a dumbbell with both hands.
  2. Keep your legs straight and arms extended overhead.
  3. Simultaneously lift your legs and arms towards each other, forming a 'V' shape at the top.
  4. Engage your core throughout the movement and control the descent back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
