How to do it
- Lie flat on your back, holding a dumbbell with both hands.
- Keep your legs straight and arms extended overhead.
- Simultaneously lift your legs and arms towards each other, forming a 'V' shape at the top.
- Engage your core throughout the movement and control the descent back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
