Dumbbell Step-Up with Knee Raise effectively targets the legs and glutes while improving balance and core strength. It combines a step-up movement with a knee drive, engaging multiple muscles and enhancing overall lower body power.
How to do it
- Stand in front of a bench holding dumbbells in each hand.
- Step onto the bench with your right foot, driving through your heel.
- Lift your left knee towards your chest as you stand up fully.
- Lower the left leg back down and step off the bench with the right foot.
- Repeat on the opposite side, alternating legs.
