Dumbbell Step-Up with Knee Raise effectively targets the legs and glutes while improving balance and core strength. It combines a step-up movement with a knee drive, engaging multiple muscles and enhancing overall lower body power.

How to do it

  1. Stand in front of a bench holding dumbbells in each hand.
  2. Step onto the bench with your right foot, driving through your heel.
  3. Lift your left knee towards your chest as you stand up fully.
  4. Lower the left leg back down and step off the bench with the right foot.
  5. Repeat on the opposite side, alternating legs.
