The Double Lean Back Quadriceps Stretch is a static stretch designed to improve flexibility in the quadriceps and hip flexors. By leaning back from a kneeling position, it provides a deep stretch that helps in recovery and prevention of injury.

How to do it

  1. Start in a kneeling position with knees hip-width apart and feet flat on the ground.
  2. Lean back slowly, engaging your core to maintain balance.
  3. Support your body with your hands on the floor behind you.
  4. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, feeling the stretch in your quadriceps.
  5. Return to the starting position slowly to avoid strain.
