Push Jumping Jacks combine the movements of a traditional jumping jack with an added pushing motion of the arms. This variation can enhance cardiovascular endurance and upper body strength.
How to do it
- Stand with feet together and arms at your sides.
- Jump feet out to the sides while pushing arms forward at chest level.
- Jump feet back together while retracting arms back to the starting position.
