Push Jumping Jack

Push Jumping Jacks combine the movements of a traditional jumping jack with an added pushing motion of the arms. This variation can enhance cardiovascular endurance and upper body strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Jump feet out to the sides while pushing arms forward at chest level.
  3. Jump feet back together while retracting arms back to the starting position.
