Roll Quadriceps Lying on Floor

This exercise involves using a foam roller to massage and release tension in the quadriceps while lying on the floor. It's effective for improving muscle flexibility and aiding recovery.
How to do it
- Begin by lying face down with a foam roller under your quadriceps.
- Place your forearms on the ground to support your upper body.
- Gently roll from the top of the knees up to the hips and back.
- Control the pressure by adjusting your body weight onto the roller.
- Continue rolling for 30-60 seconds on each leg.
