Roll Quadriceps Lying on Floor

This exercise involves using a foam roller to massage and release tension in the quadriceps while lying on the floor. It's effective for improving muscle flexibility and aiding recovery.

How to do it

  1. Begin by lying face down with a foam roller under your quadriceps.
  2. Place your forearms on the ground to support your upper body.
  3. Gently roll from the top of the knees up to the hips and back.
  4. Control the pressure by adjusting your body weight onto the roller.
  5. Continue rolling for 30-60 seconds on each leg.
