The Dumbbell Pronated to Neutral Grip Row is a compound exercise that targets the upper back and shoulders. It helps improve posture, strength, and stability by engaging multiple muscle groups in a pulling motion.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand with a pronated grip.
  2. Bend at the hips, keeping a slight bend in the knees, with back straight.
  3. Row the dumbbells up toward the waist, rotating wrists into a neutral grip.
  4. Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top; lower back down with control.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining form throughout.
