The dumbbell over bench reverse wrist curl targets the wrist extensors, enhancing grip strength and forearm development. Kneeling over a bench, this exercise isolates the forearms by curling the dumbbells upward through wrist extension.

How to do it

  1. Kneel behind a bench and rest your forearms on it, palms facing down with dumbbells in hand.
  2. Maintain a firm grip, extend your wrists to curl the dumbbells upwards.
  3. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
  4. Keep elbows and forearms stable on the bench throughout the movement.
  5. Repeat for desired repetitions, focusing on squeezing the forearms.
