The dumbbell over bench reverse wrist curl targets the wrist extensors, enhancing grip strength and forearm development. Kneeling over a bench, this exercise isolates the forearms by curling the dumbbells upward through wrist extension.
How to do it
- Kneel behind a bench and rest your forearms on it, palms facing down with dumbbells in hand.
- Maintain a firm grip, extend your wrists to curl the dumbbells upwards.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
- Keep elbows and forearms stable on the bench throughout the movement.
- Repeat for desired repetitions, focusing on squeezing the forearms.
