How to do it
- Set an incline bench at a 30-45 degree angle.
- Hold a dumbbell in each hand above your chest with palms facing together.
- Press the dumbbells upward while rotating your palms outward.
- Slightly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
