The Dumbbell Incline Low Fly effectively engages the upper portion of the chest, emphasizing the pectoralis major clavicular head. It helps in building strength and definition in the chest muscles while contributing to shoulder stability.
How to do it
- Lie back on an inclined bench with a dumbbell in each hand.
- Hold the dumbbells above your chest with palms facing each other and a slight bend in your elbows.
- Lower the dumbbells out to the sides in a wide arc until you feel a stretch in your chest.
- Slowly bring the dumbbells back to the starting position using the same arc.
- Maintain control throughout the movement and avoid locking elbows.
