The Dumbbell Cuban Press is an exercise that targets shoulder stability and strength. It involves a complex movement combining a rotation and press to engage the rotator cuff and deltoids, which helps improve shoulder health and flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbells at your sides.
  2. Raise the dumbbells to shoulder height with elbows bent, palms facing down.
  3. Externally rotate your shoulders to bring the dumbbells to an upright position.
  4. Press the dumbbells overhead until arms are fully extended.
  5. Reverse the motion to return to the starting position.
