How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbells at your sides.
- Raise the dumbbells to shoulder height with elbows bent, palms facing down.
- Externally rotate your shoulders to bring the dumbbells to an upright position.
- Press the dumbbells overhead until arms are fully extended.
- Reverse the motion to return to the starting position.
