How to do it
- Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
- Keep your elbows close to your body and palms facing each other.
- Curl the dumbbell across your body towards the opposite shoulder.
- Squeeze the bicep at the top, then slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
- Repeat on the other arm, alternating sides with each repetition.
