The cable standing reverse curl targets the forearms and biceps while engaging the wrist extensors. This exercise is performed using a cable machine, providing consistent tension throughout the movement, which helps in muscle development.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine, feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Attach an SZ bar to the cable machine, grasp it with an overhand grip.
  3. Keep elbows close to your body and curl the bar toward your chest.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
  5. Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
