The cable standing reverse curl targets the forearms and biceps while engaging the wrist extensors. This exercise is performed using a cable machine, providing consistent tension throughout the movement, which helps in muscle development.
How to do it
- Stand facing the cable machine, feet shoulder-width apart.
- Attach an SZ bar to the cable machine, grasp it with an overhand grip.
- Keep elbows close to your body and curl the bar toward your chest.
- Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
