Diamond Push-Up (On Knees)
Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
Diamond push-ups on knees are a variation of the traditional push-up that primarily targets the triceps and chest. By placing hands close together in a diamond shape, this exercise increases triceps activation and reduces strain on the wrists.
How to do it
- Kneel on the floor and place your hands close together under your chest, forming a diamond shape with your thumbs and index fingers.
- Keep your core engaged and back straight, lowering your chest towards the floor while keeping your elbows close to your body.
- Press through your palms to push back to the starting position, extending your arms fully.
