Diamond push-ups on knees are a variation of the traditional push-up that primarily targets the triceps and chest. By placing hands close together in a diamond shape, this exercise increases triceps activation and reduces strain on the wrists.

How to do it

  1. Kneel on the floor and place your hands close together under your chest, forming a diamond shape with your thumbs and index fingers.
  2. Keep your core engaged and back straight, lowering your chest towards the floor while keeping your elbows close to your body.
  3. Press through your palms to push back to the starting position, extending your arms fully.
