How to do it

  1. Stand facing a wall, about an arm's length away.
  2. Place your hands flat on the wall at shoulder height and close together.
  3. Keep your body straight and lean into the wall by bending your elbows.
  4. Lower until your nose almost touches the wall, then push back to the starting position.
