Control Balance is an advanced Pilates exercise that enhances core strength and flexibility. It involves lifting the legs overhead while maintaining a stable core and balancing the body. This exercise primarily targets the core muscles, helping improve balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back and extend your legs over your head, reaching fingers towards toes.
  2. Lift your legs up towards the ceiling, supporting the back with your hands.
  3. Maintain control, engage your core, and slowly lower one leg toward the ground.
  4. Switch legs while keeping the opposite leg extended, repeating the motion.
  5. Focus on balance and controlled movements throughout.
