How to do it

- Lift your legs up towards the ceiling, supporting the back with your hands.
- Maintain control, engage your core, and slowly lower one leg toward the ground.
- Switch legs while keeping the opposite leg extended, repeating the motion.
- Focus on balance and controlled movements throughout.
