How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet together and hands on hips.
  2. Bend your knees slightly while keeping your back straight.
  3. Gently rotate your knees in circular motions.
  4. Complete the circles in one direction for a set number of repetitions.
  5. Switch directions and repeat the circular motion.
