How to do it

  1. Stand facing a wall with feet hip-width apart.
  2. Place hands on the wall for balance.
  3. Raise your heels off the floor as high as possible, standing on your toes.
  4. Pause briefly, then lower your heels back down.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
