How to do it

  1. Hold the skipping rope handles in each hand with the rope behind you.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and knees slightly bent.
  3. Swing the rope over your head and jump as it passes under your feet.
  4. Keep a steady rhythm and engage your core for balance.
  5. Continue jumping for the desired duration or number of repetitions.
