How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed by your sides.
  2. Engage your core and lift your heels off the ground, balancing on the balls of your feet.
  3. Hold the top position for a moment, feeling the contraction in your calves.
  4. Slowly lower your heels back to the ground and repeat.
