How to do it
- Stand upright with feet hip-width apart, arms relaxed by your sides.
- Engage your core and lift your heels off the ground, balancing on the balls of your feet.
- Hold the top position for a moment, feeling the contraction in your calves.
- Slowly lower your heels back to the ground and repeat.
