How to do it
- Stand upright facing a cable machine. Grasp the handle with one hand.
- Position the elbow close to your body, keeping it bent and the forearm parallel to the ground.
- Extend your arm downward by straightening the elbow, feeling the triceps engage.
- Pause briefly at the bottom, then return to the starting position.
- Perform the desired number of repetitions before switching arms.
