How to do it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.

  3. Push the bar down until your arms are fully extended, keeping your wrists straight.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, maintaining steady breathing.
