The bodyweight triceps extension from plank position targets the triceps by leveraging body weight resistance in a plank stance. This exercise develops arm strength and stability while also engaging the core for balance.

How to do it

  1. Start in a forearm plank position with elbows under shoulders.
  2. Lower your body by bending the elbows, keeping them close to the sides.
  3. Push back up to the starting position, engaging the triceps.
  4. Keep your core tight and back straight throughout.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
