Dumbbell Seated Bench Extension

The Dumbbell Seated Bench Extension is an isolation exercise targeting the triceps. Performed while seated, it focuses on extending the elbows against the resistance of a dumbbell to build strength and definition in the triceps.
How to do it
- Sit on a bench with your feet flat on the floor and hold a dumbbell with both hands above your head.
- Keep your elbows close to your ears and your core engaged.
- Slowly lower the dumbbell behind your head by bending your elbows.
- Extend your arms back to the starting position, fully straightening your elbows.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions while maintaining control.
