The Band Bent-Over One-Arm Kickback is a strength exercise targeting the triceps. Executed with a resistance band, it involves extending one arm behind the body while bent over, helping to improve arm definition and upper body strength.
How to do it
- Stand on the resistance band with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend at the hips, keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
- Hold the band handle with one hand, upper arm parallel to your torso.
- Extend your arm back until it is fully straight.
- Return to the starting position in a controlled motion.
