Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The Cable Standing One-Arm Serratus (Obliques) Crunch is a targeted exercise to strengthen the obliques and improve core stability. It involves side bending at the waist using a cable machine, effectively isolating the obliques and serratus anterior for a more defined waistline.
How to do it
- Stand sideways next to a cable machine, holding the handle in one hand.
- Position your feet shoulder-width apart and stand straight.
- Engage your core and bend sideways at the waist, lowering the handle towards your leg.
- Pause briefly, then return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch sides.
