This exercise targets the biceps by using a cable machine to perform standing inner curls. It effectively isolates the biceps, promoting muscle growth and strength while reducing the risk of injury compared to free weights.
How to do it
- Stand between the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Grab the handles with an underhand grip, palms facing up.
- Keep elbows close to your body and curl the handles towards your shoulders.
- Squeeze the biceps at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower the handles back to the starting position.
