The Cable Standing Fly is an effective upper body exercise that targets the chest muscles. It enhances muscle definition and strength in the Pectoralis Major, while providing a controlled movement that minimizes joint stress.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the cable handles in each hand.
- Position arms out to the sides with a slight bend in the elbows.
- Pull the handles together in front of your chest, squeezing the chest muscles.
- Slowly return the arms to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
