The cable shoulder press is an effective upper body exercise targeting the shoulder muscles. By using cables, it helps in maintaining constant tension on the muscles throughout the range of motion, promoting muscle growth and strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and grasp the handles at shoulder height.
  2. Engage core and press the handles upward by extending the elbows.
  3. Pause briefly at the top, then lower the handles back to the starting position.
