How to do it
- Stand facing away from the pulley with a split stance.
- Grasp the rope with both hands, bringing it over your head.
- Keeping your elbows close to your head, extend your arms forward.
- Squeeze your triceps at the end of the movement.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
