The Cable Reverse Grip Triceps Pushdown targets the triceps brachii using a cable machine and SZ bar attachment. It emphasizes the long head of the triceps, helping to build strength and definition in the back of the upper arms.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grasp the SZ bar with an underhand grip, elbows close to the body.
  3. Extend your arms downwards until fully extended, keeping elbows stationary.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position without moving your elbows.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining control.
