The cable low fly is an isolation exercise targeting the chest muscles, specifically the lower part. It enhances chest development and symmetry by stretching and contracting the muscles through a wide range of motion.

How to do it

  1. Stand between two low cable pulleys with a split stance, one foot forward.
  2. Hold a handle in each hand with arms slightly bent, palms facing inward.
  3. Pull the handles upward and inward, squeezing your chest at the top.
  4. Slowly return to the start position with control.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, maintaining slight arm bend throughout.
