The Cable Hammer Curl effectively targets the arm muscles using a cable machine, primarily focusing on building strength and size in the biceps and forearms. By incorporating the cable machine, it ensures continuous tension on the muscles throughout the entire range of motion.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the cable machine, feet hip-width apart.
  2. Grasp the rope attachment with a neutral grip, palms facing each other.
  3. Keep your elbows close to your body and curl the rope upwards.
  4. Pause at the top of the movement, squeezing the biceps.
  5. Slowly lower back to the starting position.
