The Cable Forward Raise is an exercise that targets the anterior deltoids, promoting shoulder strength and definition. It involves lifting a cable handle upward from the thigh to shoulder level while maintaining tension in the cable throughout the movement.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Grasp the cable handle with one hand, keeping the arm slightly bent.
  3. Engage the core and lift the handle forward and upward until it reaches shoulder height.
  4. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the handle back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
